Investors

We work with our investors to achieve high returns on capital funding. Investors have the capital to fund the development of a property development project but may not have the experience to take a project from site acquisition through to final sales.

Our goal is to source and plan projects that will deliver a high return on their investment for exciting residential developments with strong sales potential. We apply our skills, knowledge, experience, and network to manage the project through each stage of development. Our risk management process and governance ensures that investors have peace of mind and assurance that their funds are optimised to achieve a high return rate and establish a new community.

Our unique selling proposition to investors is that we co-invest in every project that we do that gives you the confidence that your interests are served in the same spirit as our own. We can also pull in local and international investors to deliver high-value projects.

Land Owners

We can enter into joint venture agreements with landowners who have a site suitable for development or redevelopment but may not have the capital or the expertise to develop the property themselves.

We conduct a feasibility study on the site to establish the rate of expected return in the current market conditions. Once this expected return meets our selection criteria and assessment of the site reflects development potential, we can then work with landowners in a number of ways. If the landowners have the capital to invest as well, we can undertake project management. We can also invest in the project to develop the site.

We can also act as an intermediary between the landowner and investors to structure equity arrangements and joint ventures. We would then manage the development process providing end to end solution. Our aim is to maximise returns and minimise risks for landowners.

Project Management

Understanding of property market, local and international economies, and market conditions is key to sourcing, selecting, and developing a site. We invest heavily in market intelligence that guides our selection and execution of property development projects.

We work with the “A” team who have years of experience in town planning, engineering, surveying, civil works, and sales and marketing. Our project management service ensures that we engage with the best professionals to deliver the best outcome for your project from design to completion and sales.

Our Project Management suite of services includes – conducting a feasibility study and developing a servicing strategy. We work with a range of service providers such as town planners, designers of earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, sewerage, water reticulation, floodway and wetlands, tender and contract management, project supervision, coordination, stakeholder consultation, environmental management plans, auditing, and environmental engineering consultation and investor assistance both locally and internationally.
